Here at Blueberry Glass, we've been making glass gifts since 2001 and many people come back to us for their gift ideas - usually they haven't been able to part with their first purchase and need to buy another one!

It all started with a fairly small glass kiln, working from a modest workshop and producing a limited number of glass bowls and dishes. Now we have two kilns! With much larger capacity and firing scope, we can now offer a greater range of fused glass gifts.

All our glass is designed with function as well as aesthetic beauty in mind - the fusing process means all pieces are fully annealed, giving you the confidence to use your Blueberry Glass as a sumptuous table centrepiece, a fruit bowl or to serve a delicious dessert at a dinner party?

As the inspiration for our glass comes from the ocean and given our location on the West Country coastline, this influence clearly shows with our current range and can be found with any new designs we are working on.

The colours? We're always being asked - "why blue and aqua glass?". Clear azure and deep intense cobalt blue, evocative feelings of the far reaching Indian Ocean. Well, this really came from a wonderful trip overseas to Sri Lanka and the Maldives. The colours of the incredible ocean and out stretched sky, and the backdrop of fine white sand was so inspiring and relates well in terms of fused glass texture - glossy and cool, smooth and watery. How could you not feel inspired??

As well as the product range available here, we also produce individual designer glass for private clients and galleries, from wall hangings and larger bowls, to unique glass window panels and sculptural free-standing pieces.
