Delivery
We aim to make delivery charges as fair and as reasonable as possible. All orders are sent using Royal Mail (UK only) 2nd Class post. If you require an item for a specific date, please do get in touch prior to ordering.
- Orders up to £9.99 ~ £1.99 Postage
- Orders £10 and over ~ £4.25 Postage
- Orders £50 and over ~ FREE
At Blueberry Glass we have always strived to keep our waste levels at a minimum and try to recycle or re-use wherever practicable. Your order may arrive in a cardboard box that has been repurposed or include box fill that has had a second (or third!) use. But the safe delivery of your purchase is our priority and all your items will be carefully and individually wrapped.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with an item for whatever reason, you can return it to us for a no quibble refund. Items must be in original condition, and returned undamaged, along with order details found on your invoice. The original postage will be deducted from the refund to you and the cost of returning an item is the customers responsibility. Visit the contact us page to get in touch and request a refund.
